Motivation

Driving towards a goal, attempting perfection, and being terribly involved used to be imperative for me.  Given an incentive, I worked hard to apply myself, always giving a purpose to the task at hand. Essentially, it is important to have motivation, fulfilling a need or desire.  Ideas cannot be conveyed and responsibilities cannot be completed without motivation. I used to feed off of incentive, empowering others to strive towards their dreams and giving a positive attitude through the journey. However, while caught in the simplicities of life, I overlooked the purpose which detracted from the motivation itself. It can be a serious liability to take things too seriously and constantly overwork oneself, motivated by all aspects of the job. Even though motivation usually provides great results, it can lead to a mere end without a true means. Motivation is an essence of life, a sign of self-discipline, but it can get stressful while living in the midst of the strongly motivated.
