Adults Stress
Adults seem to easily get caught up in the little things. They tend to me more stressed as they attempt to control so many aspects of their life, when in reality if they just let go of some responsibilities and the constant worry of what others think, they would be much happier. In the midst of the worrying over the little things, I think adults in general worry about the current condition of their job, the happiness of their family, and their personal impression on the world. These are all very important things to reflect upon, but the incidentals linked to these concerns tend to buildup and become more monumental than the simple providing for a family or community. So many preoccupy themselves with getting a flawless job, raising a perfect family, gaining an ideal reputation, pretending that these models lead the path to perfection and bliss. These utopian beliefs tend to cloud the true meaning of living, and that is happiness. There is nothing gained in constant worrying, but there is success in following and attaining happiness and contentment through the authentic meanings of life, and living by a simple moral code. If only they knew that people really don’t care about your job profession, that people worth spending time with would be more concerned about character than anything else.
