Since I'm not in the mood to get extremely sentimental and the fact that this list could potentially get very long, I am going to try to make it quick and to the point but first, I would like to say that I have enjoyed getting to know the people at Central. From the eccentric (Bobby Lee Hill) to the unusual (Trivia Girl), each of you have made my years here quite...unique. So I thank you. Now for some individual thank-you's:
Angela, you are my best friend. Even though we live miles apart, you’re still the only one who knows me best. Without you, who would I share all my funny nonsense with, laugh so hard until I cried or be there for me when I’ve needed you most? I still remember those summer days walking around your development and going to Hubbard Valley, spending the day at Lake Erie and going to Pennsylvania with your family, spending time with Maggie and Caroline, and letting me into your own little world of happiness. Though these past two years have tested the strength of our friendship, I know we’re meant to be life-long friends. Your kind genuine nature and wonderful sensibility is something I’ve always admired in you, and I have always looked up to you because of that. Being the sister I never had, I am thankful that I can always count on you. Thank you for always being there.
Sarah Miller, I am so glad I have been able to get to know you these past two years, you always have the ability to make anyone laugh. It is not only your good sense of humor that has made you a good friend, but your level-headed nature and fresh perspective on life has always made you a unique person in my life and an asset to Rutherford County (haha). Thank you for always being real, being true, and being you.
Rachel Harris, I am really glad I have gotten to know you better these past two years. I’ve always admired your creative abilities and showing me the true side of what Rutherford County has to offer. Thank you for all of your amazing support, and being there especially during Junior Miss! Haha, that was such a crazy experience!
Catherine, Danielle, & Eleni, you three have made my experiences at Medina so meaningful. Remember the tracks, the raves, the caves? I miss that. I’m pretty sure you guys are still the only ones who understand the purpose of old people’s day, the importance of MGMT and Plato’s Republic and what it means to be for the win! FOR THE WIN! I cannot wait to see you all in June throwing your mortarboards in the JAR. I’m glad we’ve kept in touch, so glad we're always able to start right back where we left off. I wish you all the best of luck in college! Go Dragons!
